What You Can Write To Us About
We're a small independent team, not a large company with a ticket system. Here are the kinds of messages we actually find useful and can act on:
Bug Reports
If a file isn't compressing correctly, a tool is throwing an error, or something looks broken on your device or browser — please include your browser name and version, the approximate file size, and a description of what happened vs what you expected. This helps us reproduce it quickly.
Feature Requests
We're actively developing ShrinkPDF. If there's something you expected to find here and didn't — a specific output format, a compression option, a tool for a use case we haven't covered — we want to hear about it. Not all requests make it to the roadmap, but we read every one.
Content Corrections
If something in one of our guides is factually wrong, out of date, or just confusing — please tell us. We've written 95 guides across four languages, and we take accuracy seriously. A correction that gets filed and fixed helps every other reader who finds that page.

What This Site Is Not
ShrinkPDF is not an AI-generated content farm, not a link-building scheme, and not a white-label product. Every guide on this site was written by a human who has actually used the tool and understands the use case it describes. The site exists because the problem it solves — reducing PDF file sizes privately, without uploading to a server — is one that affects real people every day, and the existing solutions all come with catches.
If you're a journalist, researcher, or publisher who wants to verify anything about how the tool works, what data we collect, or how the site is run, we're happy to answer directly. The technology is open-source and the privacy claims are technically verifiable in any browser's DevTools.
