All pages will be shown as thumbnails β drag to reorder
Page order matters more than most people realise β a document submitted in the wrong sequence can be confusing, look unprofessional, or get rejected. Here are the situations where reordering fixes the problem.
Scanning a multi-page document one page at a time β or scanning a duplex document on a single-sided scanner β often results in pages landing in the wrong order. Page 3 ends up before page 2, or the back of one sheet appears before the front of another. Reorder fixes this without rescanning.
University applications, scholarship forms, and government portals often specify a required document order: IC first, then academic transcript, then supporting letter, then photograph. If you merged files in the wrong sequence, reorder the pages instead of starting over.
Move an appendix to the front, rearrange sections of a proposal, or put the summary page before the detail. Reordering is faster than rebuilding a document in its original application β especially if you no longer have the source file.
Legal documents, rental agreements, and business contracts often need to be assembled from multiple sources in a specific sequence. Reorder the pages to match the required structure before signing or submitting.
Click "Choose PDF File" or drag and drop. The tool renders thumbnail previews of every page β for large documents this may take a few seconds, but no file is uploaded anywhere. Everything runs in your browser.
Scan through the thumbnails to identify which pages are out of sequence, duplicated, or need to be removed. The page number from the original document is shown on each thumbnail so you can orient yourself quickly.
Drag and drop thumbnails to rearrange them. You can also select and delete pages you don't want in the final document β for example, removing a blank page or a cover page that shouldn't be included in a submission.
Click the download button when the order looks correct. The new PDF reflects your exact arrangement. If the resulting file is too large for a portal upload, run it through the Compress PDF tool to reduce the size.
